What is a pendulum?
A: A pendulum is an ancient tool used for hundreds of years to provide accurate information in answer to any question. Basically, a pendulum consists of a bob (weight) suspended at the end of a string or chain. Experiments and research have resulted in finding ways we can use the power of pendulums to assist not only with traditional dowsing tasks such a locating natural resources, but also with everyday activities by helping us answer all types of questions and simplifying making decisions.

Q: Do you sell other pendulums?
A: We have found the Diamond Pendulum to be the best all-purpose pendulum, preferred by experts, ideal for beginners, chosen by scientists and engineers, and reviewed by the leading trade magazine as "the most responsive" (and they see them all!).  We used to sell a range of pendulums, but customers were so happy with the Diamond Pendulum that we decided to offer this unique pendulum exclusively

Q: What is the Diamond Pendulum made of?
A: The Diamond Pendulum is made of solid brass (an alloy of zinc and copper, which is highly conductive to electromagnetic energy). The Diamond Pendulum is also gold plated to prevent the tarnishing of the brass.

Q: How much does the Diamond Pendulum weigh?
A: The Diamond Pendulum weighs 14 grams (1/2 ounce) which makes it very responsive and ideal for all purpose dowsing.

Q: How long is the chain?
A: The chain is 8 inches long (20 centimeters), which makes it very flexible, especially for those who find it easier to receive answers with a longer chain. You can adjust the chain to any length by gathering any excess chain out of the way in the palm of your hand, or simply hold the pendulum by the handsome pearl at the top of the gold plated chain to get the benefit of the full length.

Q: How long does it take to learn to use the pendulum?
A: We include very simple illustrated instructions so you can learn to use the Diamond Pendulum in just a few moments.

Q: What if I get no response?
A: You may want to relax, let go of the outcome and any expectations, and try again. With your Diamond Pendulum, we include tips and hints to optimize your dowsing. If you still get no response, try again later. Almost everyone can use the pendulum for dowsing. The key is to clear your mind, relax and be willing to receive the truth without being attached to any particular response.

Q: Why is the Diamond Pendulum shaped the way it is?
A: The unique shape of the Diamond Pendulum makes its responses very easy to read. The design of the Diamond Pendulum came in a vision that incorporates sacred geometry: it combines two different sized pyramids, one based on the dimensions of the Great Pyramid of Giza, the other is a geometric pyramid based on equilateral triangles.

Q: How long will it take to get my Diamond Pendulum?
A: We have sold thousands of Diamond Pendulums all over the world. We usually say that it can take an average of 7-10 days to arrive. In many cases it can take just a couple of days to arrive to addresses in North America, while in some remote countries like India it may take 2-3 weeks.
